WFOP holds semiannual conferences.   We aim for the last weekend in April and the first weekend in November, but holidays,  local events, and anticipated weather conditions can occasionally trump those dates.

The eight WFOP regions take turns hosting the conferences, which generally run from Friday evening through late Saturday afternoon.  Here's when and where the next few are scheduled:
