AUTHOR’S NOTE:
These recipes and notes are taken from a cookbook my mother created in the 1970's. She hand wrote her and my dad's favorite recipes as well as recipes from friends and family. She included notes about many of the dishes. The recipes were written in felt tip pen on lined paper and placed in a red plastic 7 x 9 inch 3-ring binder with dividers.
