Barbara Tylla is a 1960 graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. She pursued a theater career before her marriage in 1964 and then began freelance writing. Her fiction has won three Catholic Press Awards, a Wisconsin Public Radio Award, and her poetry can be found in Oprelle, Tulip Tree Press, and Bramble.
